Return Policy
Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days of the order delivering to you. Returns postmarked after this time frame are not eligible to be returned and will not be accepted.
Hilergy does not cover the cost of return shipping for international returns.
No returns, refunds, or online credits are available for final sale items of any price. Exchanges are not permitted on international orders
Items returned with obvious use, makeup, hairs or fiber, dander, dust or dirt, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise, do not meet our return policy mentioned above will not be accepted
Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, with the hygienic liner (if applicable), and all vendor tags attached
• Items must be returned inside protective packaging, such as the polybag it was originally shipped with, to keep them safe in transit back to us
Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold
• Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded
